The sitting room has a double leather sofa bed and a dining table with fours chairs. There is a TV receiving English channels and a DVD player. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. To the outside of the property there is a seating area with a bistro table and chairs and in the garden a large patio area furnished with table and chairs ideal for ‘alfresco’ dining and sun beds with parasol for sunbathing.

Ceiling fan and fans are provided during rentals in the warmer months and there is electric heating during rentals in the cooler months.
