To make your holiday reservation the person applying must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Check the calendar dates for
availability and either, email or telephone to request your dates. Fill out the on line rental booking form and submit to us. Read and print out the
terms and conditions agreement. We shall require a photocopy of either your passport or driving licence. When we have received your booking form we will email you with details of how to pay a
£100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed once deposit has been received.
The balance is due 28 days prior to departure (or sooner if a late booking). A
refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance, against breakages, damage or loss. This will be returned less any agreed deductions if necessary within 21 days after the end of the rental.
All bookings and balances paid will be confirmed by either email or letter.
Late Bookings:
The full amount will be due plus the security fee. Once again, booking will not be secure until the form is received and payment has been received in to our bank account.
Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellation -
- within 28 days of departure: 50% of the balance will be refunded.
- Within 15 days: 30% of the balance will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days: There will be no refund.
